I find that often times when a person has a vision it is easy for people to get derailed, before they even start. Often times its said that businesses don't even turn a profit in the first year or two. I know mine hasn't... but as long as you keep fighting for the vision and dont let the small failures beat you... I think that is what a real leader has. I am with you guys on this.
