		<description>Great article and as a business owner I understand well the need to keep my employees motivated and on the job, after all I have not always been a business owner and have been an employee myself in the past.  We work on reward systems but these are not just monetary and are group rewards also.  Lunch out, monthly trips to the pub for a work pint etc, all paid for by the business.  This keeps everyone happy and makes for good team moral.</description>
