		<description>I find that at the end of the day, money talks.  By providing financial objectives, you tend to get the most out of a person depending on their personality.  I also think that inspiration comes from creativity, by allowing people to be creative and to progress and nurture their own talens, your business becomes progressive and the individual is progressive.  Nice post!</description>
