		<description>I think the compliment sandwich is divisive and lacks transparency. If you&#039;re uncomfortable about giving a difficult message then say so and be transparent about it. You&#039;ll be far more respected than easing in and easing out of the conversation. Other than that some very useful pointers.</description>
