		<description>It is actually a very good idea to motivate stuff via a chance to be promoted. In my company they don&#039;t promote executives at all and that&#039;s poison for both the climate and the motivation. We&#039;d work way more effective if there was the slightest chance of a promotion of some kind.</description>
