Rooney was still crocked from a very long season and never fit mentally or physically to fulfil his true potential; Lampard; Terry; Carragher; Ledley King; Heskey;Johnson all struggled. So of the four foundation stones of good management Capello failed dismally on getting results and working with people. You should be singing the praises of the German manager.
