Hello and welcome to the fastest growing  leadership and management community on the internet.

My name is Simon Teague. People refer to me as The Leadership Expert™ because I spent over 20 years in management and (as I subsequently discovered) ‘leadership’. In my view, the two are very different – managers have employees, leaders create new leaders.

As a leader I achieved many things – the satisfaction of inspiring people to perform at their full potential, building award winning teams and publishing my own book entitled The Ultimate Leadership Guide. However, like most successful people, I also experienced many failures and challenges along the way.(The key is to never give up!)

I have therefore dedicated the last 5 years to discovering and researching leadership styles, skills and techniques and bring them to you through Leadership-Expert.co.uk, so that you wont make the same mistakes I made. And, more importantly, you will quickly learn about powerful, tried and tested leadership tools that will make you highly successful, whatever field you are in.

I aim to bring you the latest (independent, well researched) information and issues affecting leadership and management. My mission being to enable you to become and authentic, accomplished and respected leader.

Who Runs This Site?

The site was originally started by Simon Oates, who is a respected blogger based in the UK. Because of his commitments, working full time for a global professional services firm and because of his success with another web-site http://www.financial-expert.co.uk he has recently passed the site on to internationally acclaimed leadership expert Simon Teague.

Simon Teague has a background of leading top performing teams in the corporate world, in small business enterprises, in education and more recently with entrepreneurs. He is the author of The Ultimate Leadership Guide and has connections with hundreds of leadership authors and experts across the world. Simon Teague said at a recent press event announcing the acquisition of Leadership-expert.co.uk:

No one can pay to be given a positive review on this site.

So how does it generate revenue?

Banner Ads

Advertisers may agree with me a monthly fee in return for me displaying standard advertising banners across my website. If you’d like to advertise here, visit our advertisers page.

Google Adsense

As you will have noticed – beneath the title of each blog post sits a box of links to Google advertisers. The box reads the content of my page, and generates links that are relevant to my topic – i.e. leadership. If a visitor decides to visit one of these advertisers, and clicks on a link, I earn a few pennies.

Why are you telling us this?

I personally believe that visitors deserve to know how this site can be made available free to use for the public. I believe that sites that twist their views and distort their reviews to intentionally mislead visitors into buying a product simply to earn commission are unethical and have no place in the leadership industry.

Thus want to make my website as transparent and honest as possible about how it finances itself, proudly with the knowledge that our independence is not compromised by commissions. Hopefully the success of Leadership Expert will inspire more websites to do the same.
