		<description>It seems from my experience that there is so much poor leadership these days. Maybe there always has been. That phrase &quot;never trust a person that wants to be in power&quot; rings true. Some people are natural born leaders and do a fantastic job, others claw their way to the top and serve only themselves.</description>

		<description>I like the motivation section. There are so many companies everywhere, where you can just tell that they don&#039;t appeal to their employees. Walk into a chain and it just trickles down. You have to really care about your people and help them realize their goals as well. Grow together.</description>
