I&#039;d like to add that buying a fresh coffee and donut first thing in the morning is really good, perks the staff up and ladies on a diet hate it - but secretly they love it! Providing employees with responsibility is a significant factor though, rewarding them for responsibility is just as important.  If an employee makes your business a lot of profit, you should reward them appropriately in my opinion.  A trip to the races always goes down well if you want a corporate day out!</description>
